November 28, 2016 - Established in 2004, Shake Shack is a modern day “roadside” burger stand that sprouted from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), which includes many of New York City’s most celebrated restaurants.
From its ingredients and employment practices, to its environmental responsibility, design, and community investment. ShakeShack’s mission is to continually Stand for Something Good.
Aria Group Architects introduced Shake Shack to ShadeScapes in 2015. Shake Shack was looking for a company that could keep up with their growth and design standards, and ultimately chose to use the May Filius center post umbrella in numerous locations due to its clean, functional design.
